Appellant Robert A. Levy filed the instant employment discrimination against the Regents of the University of California and some of its employees under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) (Gov. Code, § 12900 et seq.) and the federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) (29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.). Appellant claims discrimination in hiring based on age. A summary judgment was entered against appellant by the trial court on respondents motion. Thereafter, appellants motions for reconsideration and a new trial were denied. Appellant appeals from the summary judgment and the orders denying his motions for reconsideration and a new trial. We affirm.
